Śmicz [ɕmʲit͡ʂ] (German: Schmitsch, 1936-45: Lößtal, Silesian: Śmiycz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Biała, within Prudnik County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north-west of Biała Prudnicka, 11 km (7 mi) north of Prudnik, and 36 km (22 mi) south-west of the regional capital Opole.

Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).

The village has a population of 512.
