football tournament season
The 1900–01 Copa Macaya was the 1st staging of the Copa Macaya. The competition began on 20 January 1901 and ended on 14 April.

Notes:
- ^ Espanyol retired after fourth game. All their opponents until the end of the tournament were awarded with a victory.
