The 1925 Wyoming Cowboys football team represented the University of Wyoming in the Rocky Mountain Conference (RMC) during the 1925 college football season. In its second season under head coach William Henry Dietz, the team compiled a 6–3 record (4–3 against RMC opponents), finished fifth in the conference, and outscored opponents by a total of 147 to 83. The team won its first five games and then lost three of the last four games of the season, including rivalry games with Utah Agricultural and Colorado Agricultural.[1][2]

The 1925 team had the only winning record in Wyoming program history between 1911 and 1931.[2]
