American college football season
The 1950 South Dakota Coyotes football team was an American football team that represented the University of South Dakota in the North Central Conference (NCC) during the 1950 college football season. In its 12th season under head coach Harry Gamage, the team compiled a 4–5 record (3–3 against NCC opponents), finished in fifth place out of seven teams in the NCC, and was outscored by a total of 230 to 201.[1] The team played its home games at Inman Field in Vermillion, South Dakota.
