The 1958 New York Giants season was the franchise's 34th season in the National Football League. The Giants assistant coaches for the season included future Pro Football Hall of Fame coaches Vince Lombardi, who was the offensive coordinator, and Tom Landry, who was the defensive coordinator. Lombardi would leave to take the Green Bay Packers head coach position after the season, while Landry stayed for the 1959 season but left after the 1959 season to take the head coach position for the expansion Dallas Cowboys.
