The 1964 Ole Miss Rebels baseball team represented the University of Mississippi in the 1964 NCAA University Division baseball season. The Rebels played their home games at Swayze Field. The team was coached by in his 13th year as head coach at Ole Miss.

The Rebels won the District III to advance to the College World Series, where they were defeated by the Arizona State Sun Devils.
