The 1969 Cork Senior Football Championship was the 81st staging of the Cork Senior Football Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1887. The draw for the opening round fixtures took place on 26 January 1969. The championship began on 6 April 1969 and ended on 26 October 1969.

Carbery entered the championship as the defending champions.

On 26 October 1969, University College Cork won the championship following a 0-09 to 0-08 defeat of St. Nicholas' in the final.[1] It was their 7th championship title overall and their first title since 1964.
