The 1976 Cork Intermediate Hurling Championship was the 67th staging of the Cork Intermediate Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1909.

On 12 September 1975, Newtownshandrum won the championship following a 2–10 to 1–12 defeat of Passage in the final.[1] This was their second championship title overall and their first title since 1953.
