The 1984 South Carolina Gamecocks football team represented the University of South Carolina as an independent team during the 1984 NCAA Division I-A football season. Led by second-year head coach Joe Morrison, Gamecocks finished the season 10–2 overall after losing to Oklahoma State in the Gator Bowl.[1]
