The 1990 Cork Junior A Hurling Championship was the 93rd staging of the Cork Junior A Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board. The championship began on 7 October 1990 and ended on 18 November 1990.
On 18 November 1990, Midleton won the championship following a 1–15 to 1–09 defeat of Ballincollig in the final at Páirc Uí Chaoimh.[1] This was their fourth championship title overall and their first title since 1984.
