The 1991 Weber State Wildcats football team represented Weber State University in Ogden, Utah during the 1991 NCAA Division I-AA football season. Led by coach Dave Arslanian and junior Quarterback Jamie Martin, the wildcats finished the regular season with a record of 8–3, and a second place finish in the Big Sky conference. 1991 was one of Weber's best football seasons by that time and is remembered as one of the best in program history. The Wildcats were invited to the I-AA playoffs for the second time in program history. (They wouldn't return until 2008) Martin's outstanding performance led to him being crowned recipient of the 1991 Walter Payton Award, which is given to the most outstanding offensive player in the I-AA division.
