The 2004 Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders football team represented Middle Tennessee State University in the 2004 NCAA Division I FBS football season. Middle Tennessee entered the 2004 season coming off a losing 4–8 record (4–3 SBC) in 2003. The team's head coach was Andy McCollum.
