The 2006–07 Swiss Challenge League was the 4th edition of the Swiss Challenge League, the second tier of football in Switzerland. Neuchâtel Xamax were promoted to the Swiss Super League, while Baulmes and YF Juventus were relegated to the Swiss 1. Liga.
