The 2006 FIFA World Cup qualification AFC Second Stage Group 7 was an AFC qualifying group for the 2006 FIFA World Cup. The group was composed of Korea Republic, Lebanon, Maldives and Vietnam.

The group was won by Korea Republic, who qualified for the third stage.
