The men's 100 metre butterfly competition at the 2006 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships took place on August 19 at the Saanich Commonwealth Place.[1][2][3] The last champion was Ian Crocker of US.[4]

This race consisted of two lengths of the pool, all in butterfly.[5]
