The 2018 African Men's Handball Championship was the 23rd edition of the African Men's Handball Championship and held from 17 to 27 January 2018 in Gabon. It acted as the African qualifying tournament for the 2019 World Men's Handball Championship.[1]

Tunisia won their tenth title after beating Egypt 26–24 in the final.[2][3]
