The 2018 Southeast Missouri State Redhawks football team represented Southeast Missouri State University in the 2018 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by fifth-year head coach Tom Matukewicz and played their home games at Houck Stadium. They were a member of the Ohio Valley Conference. They finished the season 9–4, 6–2 in OVC play to finish in second place. They received an at-large bid to the FCS Playoffs, where they defeated Stony Brook in the first round before losing in the second round to Weber State.
The Redhawks finished the 2017 season 3–8, 3–5 in OVC play to finish in a tie for fifth place.
