The 2019–20 Burundi Premier League is the 56th edition of the Burundi Premier League, the top-tier football league in Burundi, since its establishment in 1963. It began on 10 August 2019.[1]

It was one of the few football leagues still contested during the COVID-19 pandemic, until the suspension of its games after the conclusion of Week 27 on April 5, 2020.
