The 2019–20 Liga IV Ilfov was the 52nd season of the Liga IV Ilfov, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 31 August 2019[1][2] and was scheduled to end in June 2020, but was suspended in March because of the COVID-19 pandemic in Romania.

The season was ended officially on 9 July 2020 after AJF Ilfov (County Football Association) concluding that the teams could not meet the medical conditions for matches at this level.[3] was crowned as county champion.[4]
