The 2019 Eastern Illinois Panthers football team represented Eastern Illinois University in the 2019 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by first-year head coach Adam Cushing[1] and played their home games at O'Brien Field in Charleston, Illinois as members of the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC). They finished the season 1–11, 1–7 in OVC play to finish in last place.

The Panthers finished the 2018 season 3–8, 3–5 in OVC play to finish in a tie for sixth place.
