2020 Galkayo bombing
On 18 December 2020, an al-Shabaab suicide bomber attacked Galkayo, Somalia. He targeted a political rally held in a sports stadium where the Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble was scheduled to speak. The bombing killed 17 people, including several high-ranking officials.[1]
