The 2020 UT Martin Skyhawks football team represented the University of Tennessee at Martin during the 2020–21 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They were led by 15th-year head coach Jason Simpson and played their home games at Graham Stadium. They competed as a member of the Ohio Valley Conference (OVC).

The Skyhawks finished the 2019 season 7–5, 6–2 in OVC play to finish in third place.
