The 2021–22 QMJHL season is the 53rd season of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL). The league plans on returning to a full 68-game regular season having begun on October 1, 2021 and scheduled to end on April 2, 2022.[1]

The playoffs will follow the regular season with teams competing for the President's Cup. The winning team will earn a berth in the , which is set to be hosted by the Saint John Sea Dogs.[2]
