The 2021 California Vulcans football team represented California University of Pennsylvania and the California Vulcans in the 2021 NCAA Division II football season. The team was coached by Gary Dunn in his sixth year with the school and played their home games at Hepner–Bailey Field at Adamson Stadium in California, Pennsylvania. The Vulcans competed in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference West Division.

Due the COVID-19 pandemic all PSAC teams cancelled play. In their last season of action in 2019, the Vulcans finished with a record of 7–4 and 5–2 in conference play.[1]
