The 2021 Clemson Tigers football team represents Clemson University during the 2021 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Tigers are led by head coach Dabo Swinney, in his 14th year. The Tigers compete as a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) and play their home games at Memorial Stadium in Clemson, South Carolina.

This season was unique for Clemson, because this marked the first time since 2014 where Clemson did not make the ACC Championship game or the College Football Playoff. Due to the head-to-head loss with NC State, Clemson needed NC State to lose to North Carolina along with a Wake Forest loss to Boston College. However, neither happened, ending a national streak of 6 conference championships, the longest in the nation at this time of writing.
