The 2021 Saint John's Johnnies football team represented Saint John's University in the 2021 NCAA Division III football season. The Johnnies, led by eighth-year head coach Gary Fasching, competed as members of the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) and played their home games at Clemens Stadium in Collegeville, Minnesota.

Saint John's 2021 schedule consists of six home and three away games in the regular season. The Johnnies will also play on November 13 against the team from the other MIAC division that finished in the same place as Saint John's.
