The fourth set of elections to the Salisbury City Council were held on 6 May 2021. Constituency boundaries were redrawn and one seat was added to the council.

The Conservative Party lost the majority it had gained in a landslide in the previous election. Despite more than doubling its share of the vote and receiving the third-highest total votes, the Green Party won no seats.[1]
