The 2022 AFC U-20 Women's Asian Cup qualification will be a women's under-20 football competition which decides the participating teams of the 2022 AFC U-20 Women's Asian Cup. Players born between 1 January 2002 and 31 December 2006 are eligible to compete in the tournament.[1]

A total of eight teams will qualify to play in the final tournament to be held in Uzbekistan. The host country and the top three teams of the previous tournament in 2019 will qualify automatically, while the other four teams will be decided by qualification.[2]

There will be two rounds of qualification matches, with the first round originally scheduled to be played between 13–21 March 2021, and the second round originally scheduled to be played between 18–22 August 2021. On 25 January 2021, the AFC announced that the qualifying rounds had been postponed to 14–22 August and 3–7 November 2021 respectively due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[3][4] Eight countries will host the first round matches.[2]

The draw for the first round of qualification was originally to be held on 27 May 2021, at the AFC House in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. However, on 21 May 2021, the AFC decided to postpone the draw for the first round of qualification.
