The 2022 CECAFA U-20 Championship will be 14th edition. The host of the tournament yet to be confirmed. Its scheduled to be played from 10 October 2022.[1][2][3]
Uganda having won previous edition title in 2020.[4]
This competition served as the CECAFA qualifiers for the 2023 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.
