General elections are expected to be held in Jersey in 2022 to elect the 49 members of the States Assembly. The election will be held on 22 June 2022.[1]

The 2022 elections will be the first to be held under a new electoral system. Under the system, the role of Senators is abolished and replaced with 37 Deputies elected across 9 districts. The election of one Connétable from each of the twelve parishes will be maintained.[1][2]

This election will see the debut of several political parties on the island, including the Progress Party, the Jersey Liberal Conservatives, and the Jersey Alliance.
