The 2022 Kansas Jayhawks football team will represent the University of Kansas in the 2022 NCAA Division I FBS football season. It will be the Jayhawks 133rd season. The Jayhawks will play their home games at David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium in Lawrence, Kansas, and compete in the Big 12 Conference. They will be lead by second-year head coach Lance Leipold. The Jayhawks will enter the season looking to end a 44-game losing streak to teams ranked in the AP Poll and qualify for a bowl game for the first time since 2008 season.
