The 2022 Karachi local government elections is scheduled to be the 3rd Karachi LG election.

Timeline[]

  • On 1 September 2020, local government was dissolved after completion of term.[1]
  • In December 2021, Government of Sindh announced about holding local government elections in the month of February or March 2022.[2]
