The 2022 Munster Senior Football Championship is due to be the 2022 installment of the annual Munster Senior Football Championship organised by the Munster GAA. Kerry are the defending champions.

The 4 non-finalists of the 2021 championship entered this round. The lowest ranked counties to play in the quarter-finals are Tipperary and Waterford of Division 4.

Semi-Finals[]

The 2 finalists of the 2021 championship entered this round along with the 2 quarter-final winners. The lowest ranked county to play in the semi-finals are Tipperary/Waterford of Division 4.

14/15 May 2022 Clare/Limerick (2/3) v Tipperary/Waterford (4)

If Limerick or Tipperary qualify there will be possibly to have Home Advantage.
If Clare or Waterford qualify game will be played at a Neutral venue.

The winners advance to the All-Ireland quarter-finals while the runners-up advance to the qualifiers.
