ATI Physical Therapy is an American provider of physical therapy services based in Bolingbrook, Illinois.[1] Founded by exercise physiologist Greg Steil in 1996 as one clinic in Willowbrook, Illinois,[2][3] ATI has more than 860 locations in the United States.[1][4] ATI specializes in research-based physical therapy, workers' compensation rehab, employer worksite solutions, sports medicine, home health, and other specialty therapies.[5] ATI Physical Therapy was listed as a Great Place to Work for 2019–2020.[5] It is the largest physical therapy company under one brand name in the US. Boston-based private equity behemoth Advent International has been the owner since 2016.[6] As a private company, ATI doesn't publish financial results, but Crain's Chicago Business conservatively estimated ATI's 2017 revenue at $420 million.[6] ATI Physical Therapy is rated 3.2 out of 5 in 456 reviews by current and former employees on Glassdoor.[7] (The average company rating on Glassdoor is 3.5 on the 5-point scale.)[8]

As of February 2019, Labeed Diab is the company's CEO; he is also on the board of Lurie Children's Hospital.[9][10] Cedric Coco is the Chief Human Resources Officer.[11] Joe Zavalishin is its Chief Development Officer.[1] Joseph Jordan is Chief Financial Officer for the organization.[12] Brent Mack is the chief operating officer.[6] Greg Steil remains on as chairman of the board.[2]
