Abaris (Greek myth)

In Greek mythology, Abaris (Ancient Greek: Ἄβαρις) may refer to the following personages:

• Abaris, one of the Hyperboreans.^[1]
• Abaris, a Caucasian, who was in the court of Cepheus and was killed by Perseus along with the Ethiopian Chiefs.^[2]
• Abaris, one of the Dolionians; he was killed by Jason during the battle between the Dolionians and the Argonauts.^[3]
• Abaris, an ally of Turnus, the man who resisted Aeneas in Italy. He was killed by Euryalus.^[4]
