General Abd-Al-Minaam Khaleel (Arabic: عبد المنعم خليل‎‎; born April 1, 1921) is a former general in the Egyptian Army.

Khaleel was born in 1921, and graduated from the Egyptian Military Academy in 1941. He assumed command of the Egyptian 2nd Army during the Yom Kippur War, replacing Major General Saad Mamoun. He later apparently commanded the Central Military Region. He turned 100 in 2021.^[1]
