"A government without a plan, or a system that works, is a problem. The government must have a plan. The plan is the one promised by the president. It is something that needs to be implemented together.

There is a need for co-operation, remembrance and consultation, and for each ministry to do its job. This is a plan that all governments need to work together to improve public services.

There is only one book, so it goes hand in hand with this plan. The international community, when they see that we have a plan, we will get the support we need. It does not matter what the role of the ministry is, but if each ministry plays a role, it will improve.

It is written, that it will be carried out said Abdiaziz Laftagareen, We want to work together in government, Everyone has a responsibility, It is a shared responsibility.

Everyone in the South West state community, in the village, in the district and in the region, this government needs full assessment in relation such as a hospital, education, sanitation, security for everyone and every city. However this will be achieved through this plan and implementation.
