The Abdulla Fouad Group of Companies was founded in the 1947s in Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia. From its beginnings as a small construction company, today the group has diversified activities in manufacturing, engineering, information technology, real estate, investment and commercial trading.

The group is ranked among the top 100 companies in Saudi Arabia. The company is currently headed by its Chairman, . The company's headquarters are located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, with regional sales and service locations throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and a network of procurement offices in the United States, Europe and Asia.
