Abhay is a Kannada-language romantic action masala film released in 2009 written by Janardhan Maharshi and directed Mahesh Babu. It was produced by Babu Reddy under Nithin Productions banner. Darshan and Aarti Thakur appeared in lead roles.[1][2][3]

The film was released on 2 October 2009 all over Karnataka, coinciding the Gandhi Jayanti day. The film was not performed well at the box-office.
