Actera Group is the largest private equity firm dedicated to investments in Turkey with a total equity capitalization in excess of $1.6 billion.[1] Currently it's the biggest private equity company investing in Turkey in terms of AUM surpassing , the pioneer of Turkish private equity market.

Actera currently has 15 companies in the portfolio. [2] Actera was the owner of Mey İçki A.Ş. with TPG Capital, before Diageo bought it for $2.1 Billion.[3]
