The Adapt Ladies Open was a women's professional golf tournament on the Swedish Golf Tour, played between 1996 and 1998. It was always held in Uppsala, Sweden.
Played at Upsala Golf Club, the club had previous experience hosting the Upsala Golf International on the Challenge Tour in 1992 and 1993.
The event was introduced in 1996 as one of four new tournaments alongside Toyota Ladies Open, Öijared Ladies Open and Delsjö Ladies Open (last played in 1988).
At the final event in 1998 Marie Hedberg won while still a student at San Jose State, but narrowly lost out on the Player of the Year title to runner-up Nina Karlsson.
