Adrian L. Spain is a United States Air Force major general serving as the director of operations of the United States European Command since July 2021. He most recently served as the director of plans, programs, and analyses of the United States Air Forces in Europe – Air Forces Africa. Previously, he was the commander of the 380th Air Expeditionary Wing.[1][2][3][4]
