Advanced Direct Connect

Advanced Direct Connect (ADC) is a peer-to-peer file sharing and chat protocol, using the same network topology, concepts and terminology as the Direct Connect (DC) protocol. "Advanced Direct Connect" is an "unofficial" backronym for "ADC".[1]
