Ahmed Malek (also known as Ahmad Malek) is an Egyptian actor. He starred in Mohamed Diab's Clash which opened the Un Certain Regard at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival.[1] Other roles include Sheikh Jackson, and .[2]
Malek had his first English speaking role (also speaking Dari, Pashto and Badimaya) in Australia for the movie The Furnace[1] For his role he was nominated for the 2021 AACTA Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role.[3]
