Al Ramadi Stadium

Al Ramadi Stadium, is a multi-use stadium in Ramadi, Iraq. It is currently used mostly for football matches and serves as the home stadium of Al Ramadi FC. The stadium holds 15,000 people.[1]

In May 2015 the stadium was blown up in a terrorist attack by ISIS.

The construction of a new Olympic Stadium west of the city can accommodate 30,000 spectators, stopped working after the events of Anbar it was wrecking by ISIS. After the Iraqi government regained control over the city, mass graves were discovered in the stadium.[2]
