Aldo Calderón van Dyke

Aldo Mauricio Calderón van Dyke (8 August 1968 – 15 July 2013) was a Honduran journalist and news anchor. He worked during the 1990s for La Prensa and later Diario Tiempo.

He became the anchor of the evening newscast of Canal 11 in 2001. During the government of Manuel Zelaya he was appointed to be speaker of the Secretariat of Natural Resources and Environment.

Calderón died on 15 July 2013 from poison.[1]
