Aleksandra Lisowska (born 12 December 1990)[1][2] is a Polish long-distance runner. In 2020, she competed in the women's half marathon at the 2020 World Athletics Half Marathon Championships held in Gdynia, Poland.[2]
In 2011, she competed in the women's 3000 metres steeplechase event at the 2011 European Athletics U23 Championships held in Ostrava, Czech Republic.
