Alexander Aksyonenko sometimes transliterated Aksenenko (born March 8, 1986) is a Russian professional ice hockey defenceman. He currently plays for Metallurg Novokuznetsk of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). Aksyonenko was selected by the St. Louis Blues in the 2nd round (48th overall) of the 2002 NHL Entry Draft.
He made his Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) debut playing with Amur Khabarovsk during the 2008–09 KHL season.[1]
