Alice Eduardo is a Filipino businesswoman. She is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sta. Elena Construction and Development Corporation a leading Philippine construction and engineering company.

Eduardo founded and runs Sta Elena Construction and Development Corporation, a construction and engineering company specializing in power plants, ports and harbors, and roads and bridges.[1] Sta Elena is an AAA and Large B firm, which means it qualifies to bid for any billion-peso project.[2]
