Amitraj Sawant is a Marathi Music Director. He is a music director-composer and singer from Mumbai. In 2013, Amitraj won the Best Music Director award, Dada Saheb Phalke Award for contributing music to the Marathi film Duniyadari. After Duniyadari his career took higher graph in Marathi film industry. In 2014 he won IMFFA (International Marathi Film Festival Award) for all 3 categories in music section for the movie 72 Miles - Ek Pravas.

Singer/background music director Amitraj was felicitated with the prestigious 2011 Dada Saheb Phalke award for Best Background Music score for the film ‘Swarajya’.[1]
